Privacy policy

This website

There is no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies here. Our host, Cloudflare, handles basic request data, like your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

When you buy

Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, your email address, the amount and whether the payment went through. We never see your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment.

Your serial key email

We send your key to the address you paid with, through our email provider, Resend.

When you email us

Email to support@lunaaiautomation.io reaches our support inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. We use it only to answer you.

The Discord

If you join the LUNA Discord, Discord’s privacy policy applies. The LUNA bot links your Discord account to your purchase so it can give you your member roles and answer your tickets.

LUNA on your computer

Your data stays in a folder on your computer. When LUNA uses an AI service, your request goes to that service under your own account, and its privacy policy applies. Once a day, LUNA checks your licence with our server: it sends your serial key, an ID for your computer and LUNA’s version.

What we keep

Purchase records (your name, email, amount, date and key) for as long as your licence, taxes or a dispute need them. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

To see or delete your information, open a ticket. We keep what the law or your licence requires.

LUNA is sold to adults only.
